Este relato es en realidad una canción y se llama "Dying Day" de Brandi Carlile y habla de aquellos amantes separados por las distancias de algún largo viaje iniciado hace mucho tiempo atrás. Canta de aquellos días que se hacen cada vez más largos sin estar cerca del otro y a pesar de todo la promesa se mantiene: amar hasta que la muerte nos separe.

"Dying Day" pertenece al último disco de Brandi Carlile llamado "Give Up The Ghost". El tema y otros del disco pueden escucharlo en su Sitio de MySpace y si no saben quién es Brandi Carlile seguro les suena el tema "The Story", su single más exitoso hasta el momento.
